Committed to affordability and sustainability, 30% of the homes will be designated as affordable housing, and the project will meet Tier 2 of the Toronto Green Standard.
Designed by award-winning Toronto-based firm gh3* Architects, the project will offer high-quality urban homes alongside new, thoughtfully designed public space that connects Merton Street to the Kay Gardner Beltline Trail. The building's pitched windows reinterpret the traditional house motif within the contemporary high-rise residential form, while the green façade blends with the surrounding tree canopy and reflects the project’s connection to the Beltline Trail.
